The Developing Lives Foundation (DLF) is a registered Non Profit Organization that was established in 2006 and is based in Phoenix, Durban. The organisation is governed by its constitution which contain its fundamental principles in terms of its purpose and operations. The DLF comprises of dedicated grass-rooted Executive Committee Members together with volunteers whom are committed to the core principles of serving humanity.
The organization primarily focuses on poverty alleviation and empowerment programs to help people help themselves. Since the establishment of the DLF, the organization have partnered with the Caneside Clinic, in Phoenix to provide nutritious breakfast to over 650 000 patients over the years. The DLF can confirm its many social cohesion programs hosted such as:
